The 1000mm wide version gives roughly half as much heat again as the 600mm.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo check a size is enough for the room, use a BTU calculator, which works out a figure from the room's size, windows and outside walls, and pick the size whose output meets it. Kartell quote the output at Δt60, a standard test temperature. If you are replacing an existing radiator, measure the distance between your pipes first – if it does not match, the pipework will need adjusting. The radiator itself is 101.5mm deep, and the adjustable wall brackets hold the pipe connections 52.5–62.5mm out from the wall.
