The AKW Braddan 1500x820mm combines a full 1500mm showering length with a generous 820mm width, making it one of the largest and most capable trays in the Braddan range. At this size, it delivers an exceptionally spacious showering area that suits taller users, care environments, and master bathrooms where both length and width are a priority. The 820mm depth provides noticeably more side-to-side space than the 1500x700mm, making assisted showering significantly more comfortable for both user and carer.

Made from durable GRP with integral reinforcement, the Braddan supports up to 190.5kg (30 stone) and features a slip-resistant surface as standard. At just 40mm high, it can be surface mounted for a low step-in threshold, semi-recessed for a 20mm threshold, or fully recessed into the floor for complete level access — making it suitable for the full range of domestic and accessibility projects.

No under-tray foaming is required, keeping installation clean and straightforward. The non-handed design works for both left and right-hand layouts. Tiling upstands are included as standard to ensure a watertight finish between the tray and wall tiles. Optional 20mm and 40mm ramp kits are available for semi-recessed or surface-mounted installations.

This pack includes a TDTW 50 White ABS Plastic Gravity Waste (Code 25126), which features a built-in filter, secure 50mm threaded fitting, and 124mm depth below tray.
