Shipping Policy

At Key West Bathrooms, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent delivery service across the UK. All orders are fulfilled directly by our trusted third-party suppliers using established courier services.


Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, and your location.

  • In-stock items ordered before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Larger or made-to-order items may have longer lead times. Any extended delivery estimates will be clearly communicated to the customer via email or phone call.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or supplier dispatch times.


Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary depending on the supplier, product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Some items include free UK delivery.

  • Specific supplier direct delivery charges will be shown at checkout.
  • Heavier or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be shown at checkout.

  • If your order includes multiple items from different suppliers, you may receive separate deliveries.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available), so you can monitor the status of your delivery.


Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a delivery is missed and returned to sender, you may be responsible for any redelivery costs.

 Special Delivery Requirements

If you require delivery to a site with restricted access (e.g. building sites, flats without lifts), please inform us at the time of ordering so we can notify the courier in advance.
