Kartell K-VIT Plan Soap Dish – Chrome (ACC123)

Kartell K-VIT Plan Soap Dish – Chrome (ACC123)

Plan is Kartell's modern range of brassware and accessories, built around soft round shapes and a polished chrome finish. The accessories share their round backplates with the Plan mono basin mixer and Plan bath filler, so the taps and accessories look like one set.

A wall-mounted soap dish with a clear glass-look dish in a round chrome holder, for a bar of soap beside the basin or bath.

Choosing and using it

Because it is fixed to the wall rather than sitting on a ledge, water drains away from the soap rather than leaving it sitting in a puddle, so bars last longer. Kartell list it at 110 x 125mm.

Fitting

Fit it beside the basin or bath at a comfortable reach, close enough that drips from wet hands fall back into the basin rather than onto the floor.

Kartell supply fixings with it. Before drilling, check they suit your wall: plasterboard and stud walls need cavity fixings rather than standard plugs, and tiles should be drilled with a tile bit on a slow speed to avoid cracking.
