Bodega Black Stone Effect Matt Porcelain Wall & Floor Tile 300x600mm (Per Box of 5 Tiles)

Sold by the box – 5 tiles per box, covering around 0.90m². Each 300x600mm tile is 0.18m², so a box works out at roughly £46.00 per m² (£8.28 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

The 300x600mm rectangle is the most flexible size in the Bodega range, and in black it makes a strong, simple statement. The surface is matt with a soft stone-effect print, so the colour is deep without being glossy or mirror-like. It suits a dark shower wall or a contrast floor.

Lay it in a straight stack for a clean modern grid, or offset the rows in a brick bond for a more relaxed look. It is sized for bathrooms and kitchens, but it works just as well down a hallway or across a conservatory floor.

Porcelain is suited to indoor walls and floors and shrugs off water, so the black can be used in wet areas. The print gives even colour from tile to tile. Five tiles per box, 0.90 square metres.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 0.90 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Use a flexible porcelain adhesive; bed floor tiles fully. A 2-3mm joint with a charcoal or black grout keeps the dark surface unbroken. For a brick bond, offset by a third rather than a half to limit lipping. Clean adhesive off the face as you go, since it shows on black.

Bodega is produced in black, taupe, light grey, beige and white matt stone-effect porcelain, in 300x600mm, 600x600mm, 900x900mm and 600x1200mm, so dark and pale tones can be mixed within one range on both walls and floors. See every Bodega tile.
