Bodega Black Stone Effect Matt Porcelain Wall & Floor Tile 600x600mm (Per Box of 3 Tiles)

Sold by the box – 3 tiles per box, covering around 1.08m². Each 600x600mm tile is 0.36m², so a box works out at roughly £46.02 per m² (£16.57 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Black porcelain with a matt surface and a quiet stone-effect print. The colour is deep and even, with the print adding a little tonal movement so the tile does not read as a flat painted slab. It gives a strong base for white sanitaryware, brass fittings or pale walls.

The 600x600mm square is an easy size to plan with. It suits a bathroom floor, a kitchen, a hallway or a living area, and it can be used on walls as a feature behind a basin or bath. The matt finish hides water spots better than a gloss black would.

A porcelain body means the tile is dense, hard-wearing and suited to floors as well as walls indoors, and the colour runs through a consistent two-layer print across the batch. Three tiles come in a box, covering 1.08 square metres, so allow extra for cuts.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.08 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Use a flexible porcelain adhesive and a full bed on floors. A dark grout close to the tile colour keeps the surface continuous; a 2-3mm joint is typical. On a dark matt tile, wipe off adhesive and grout haze promptly as it shows. Mix tiles from a few boxes as you lay.

Bodega comes in black, taupe, light grey, beige and white matt stone-effect porcelain, in 300x600mm, 600x600mm, 900x900mm and 600x1200mm, so dark and light tones can be combined across floors and walls while keeping the same surface. See every Bodega tile.
