Kartell K-VIT Excel Mono Basin Mixer with Click Waste – Chrome (OFTAP41)

Kartell K-VIT Excel Mono Basin Mixer with Click Waste – Chrome (OFTAP41)

Excel, a brassware range with effortless edge. Add to your bathroom interior for a flawlessly refined finish.

The Excel mono basin mixer is the single-lever tap for a one tap hole basin — one lever for hot, cold and everything in between, with a rounded body with a slim, tapered spout and an open lever. It is supplied with a matching click waste (sometimes called a push or sprung waste): press it down to close, press again to open, so there is no plug or chain to lose.

What you get

• The mixer tap, in polished chrome
• A matching chrome click waste
• Flexible tap connectors and the fixing kit

The click waste supplied is a slotted waste, which is the type to use on a basin with an overflow hole. If your basin has no overflow you need an unslotted waste instead.

Water pressure

Kartell rate this tap suitable for low water pressure systems — it will run from as little as 0.2 bar. That means it works on a gravity-fed tank and cylinder as well as on mains, combi or unvented pressure.
