Kartell K-VIT Kolt Freestanding Bath Shower Mixer – Matt Black (TAP317KBL)

Kartell K-VIT Kolt Freestanding Bath Shower Mixer – Matt Black (TAP317KBL)

Kolt is Kartell's squared-off contemporary range — a flat rectangular body softened at the corners, a wide blade spout and a slim lever, in four finishes so you can match the taps to the rest of the room.

The freestanding bath shower mixer rises from the floor beside a freestanding bath, in matt black, with a bath spout, a shower handset on a hose and a lever. It is a new addition to the Kolt range and the statement piece of it.

This one needs planning. The supply pipes come up through the floor, so the position has to be set before the floor goes down and the bath is placed. At nearly 6kg it also needs a solid fixing.

What you get

• The tap, in matt black
• Shower handset, hose and bracket
• Fixings and connectors

A bath waste is not included — bath wastes are chosen to suit the bath, not the tap.

Water pressure

Kartell rate this tap for pressures between 1 and 5 bar. The 1 bar minimum matters: a gravity-fed tank and cylinder will rarely reach it without a pump, so this tap suits mains, combi or unvented systems. If you are on a gravity-fed system please ask us before ordering.
