Sold by the box – 2 tiles per box, covering around 1.44m². Each 600x1200mm tile is 0.72m², so a box works out at roughly £77.22 per m² (£55.60 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Cape May Blue in the natural finish is a deep, oceanic blue onyx with lighter veins running through it, and the matt surface lets the colour sit quiet and saturated rather than glassy. It is a statement colour, best used on one wall or a floor against plain surroundings.

The 600x1200mm format shows the onyx pattern at full scale. Two tiles cover 1.44m², so a feature wall needs only a handful of pieces. Lay it on a bathroom floor, a kitchen floor or a ground-floor living space, and carry it up a wall for a wet-room look.

This is the floor-friendly version of the blue onyx: a porcelain with a natural, slip-resistant finish rated PTV36+. It pairs with the polished blue tile from the same range for a high-shine wall above a safer matt floor. It is approved for indoor walls and floors as well as wet areas.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.44 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Lay the 600x1200mm tile on a flat, primed base with a full bed of flexible porcelain adhesive, back-buttered, and use levelling clips along every joint. Keep a 2 to 3mm gap and grout in a blue-grey or charcoal. Dry-lay the tiles first so the veins run the same way. Lift with a second person and cut on a wet saw.
