Sold by the box – 2 tiles per box, covering around 1.44m². Each 600x1200mm tile is 0.72m², so a box works out at roughly £61.60 per m² (£44.35 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Carmel White Herringbone is the decor piece in the range: a 600x1200mm wall tile whose face is moulded into a herringbone relief, so a chevron pattern is built into each slab. The surface has texture and gentle movement, and it catches light differently through the day.

Fix it vertically to make a room feel taller or horizontally to stretch it, and the pattern follows. It is made for a statement shower wall, a bath surround or a kitchen splashback where a flat tile would feel plain. Pair it with the plain white Carmel tiles alongside.

This is a wall-only porcelain tile with a matt finish. The relief gives the look of a hand-laid herringbone without the hundreds of small pieces, and the large format means a wall goes up quickly. It is for indoor walls; do not use it on floors.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.44 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Wall only. Fix with a flexible porcelain adhesive on a flat, primed wall, back-buttering the tile so the relief face sits fully supported. Keep a 2 to 3mm joint and check pattern alignment between tiles before the adhesive sets. Grout in white and work it into the relief with a soft float, then sponge off carefully.
