Fairhope Beige Mix suits rooms that need warmth without pattern overload. The base is a soft beige stone with a faint shell-like texture, and darker marble-look inserts appear here and there to give the floor depth.

This is the 300x600mm size, sold in boxes of six covering 1.08m². The format is a comfortable scale for a hallway floor or a bathroom wall, and the rectified edge means tight joints and a neat, modern grid.

As a porcelain tile it is hard, low-absorbency and simple to maintain. The matt surface has an antimicrobial formulation that reduces bacterial load and odours, which is useful in kitchens and family bathrooms. It needs no sealing after fitting.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.08 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Use a flexible cement-based adhesive and bed floor tiles solidly. A 2–3mm joint suits the rectified edge; a beige or sand grout keeps the look soft. Draw tiles from three or four boxes at a time so the inserts are spread evenly.
