Fairhope Sand Stone Effect Matt Porcelain Wall & Floor Tile 300x600mm (Per Box of 6 Tiles)

Sold by the box – 6 tiles per box, covering around 1.08m². Each 300x600mm tile is 0.18m², so a box works out at roughly £46.02 per m² (£8.28 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

For a hallway or living room floor, Fairhope Sand gives a warm, even stone colour that works with timber, white walls and natural fibres. The surface has a faint shell-like pattern that adds interest without reading as busy.

Sold in boxes of six 300x600mm tiles (1.08m²), the rectified format can be stacked or offset. The same tile is suitable for walls, so a kitchen splashback or bathroom can share the colour of the floor.

Porcelain is dense and resists water and wear. The matt surface is treated with an antimicrobial formulation that reduces bacteria and neutralises odours. It needs no sealing and resists staining, so routine mopping keeps the floor looking clean in busy hallways and kitchens.

Specification

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.08 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Bed on a flexible cement-based adhesive, solid bed on floors. Rectified edges allow a 2–3mm joint; a sand or beige grout blends in. Work from three or four opened boxes at once so the colour is consistent across the whole area.
