Kartell K-VIT Astley 500mm WC Unit (FUR528AS)

Kartell K-VIT Astley 500mm WC Unit (FUR528AS)

A traditional WC unit concealing the cistern and pipework behind a recessed panel front, and giving a usable surface on top. Choose Matt Grey or Matt White above.

What It Hides

A concealed cistern unit does two jobs. It puts the cistern and all the pipework out of sight, and it gives you a shelf where there was none — often the only flat surface in a small bathroom that is not the windowsill.

In a period bathroom it does a third: it stops the toilet looking like the one modern thing in the room. The recessed shaker panel and chrome cup handle match the vanity unit exactly, so the two read as a continuous run of furniture.

Completing the Room

At only 260mm deep it sits back against the wall, noticeably shallower than the 470mm vanity unit, so a run of the two steps forward at the basin end.
