Kartell K-VIT Moon 600mm 2 Drawer Floor Standing Unit with Ceramic Basin (MOON600FS)

Kartell K-VIT Moon 600mm 2 Drawer Floor Standing Unit with Ceramic Basin (MOON600FS)

The Kartell K-VIT Moon 600mm Floor Standing Unit is a two drawer unit supplied complete with its Moon ceramic basin, standing on the floor rather than fixed to the wall. Choose your finish above — Matt White, Matt Grey or Cocoa.

Blum Drawer Runners

Moon is the only Kartell furniture range fitted with Blum hardware. Blum are an Austrian manufacturer who supply the fitted kitchen trade, and their runners are the ones specified when a drawer has to survive twenty years of daily use rather than five. Paired with a metal drawer box rather than timber or plastic sides, it is the reason Moon sits at the top of the range.

Floor Standing or Wall Mounted?

This is the same 600mm cabinet as the wall mounted version, standing on the floor instead.

• Floor standing asks nothing of the wall, which makes it the straightforward choice on plasterboard or where you would rather not rely on fixings. At 36.78kg it is a substantial piece of furniture, and its weight sits on the floor rather than on brackets.
• Wall mounted leaves the floor clear beneath, which is easier to clean around and makes a small room feel larger — but it needs a wall that can take it.

The floor standing unit is 900mm high overall against 560mm for the wall hung version, because it includes its own plinth rather than being set at whatever height you choose.
