Why Wall Mounted?

Leaving the floor clear beneath the unit does two useful things: you can mop straight underneath rather than around a plinth, and the run of visible floor makes a room feel noticeably larger. On a unit this wide that effect is more pronounced, not less — 810mm of floor stays visible rather than being blocked by a plinth.

Check the Wall — This Is the One to Plan

At 28.8kg empty this is the largest and heaviest wall hung unit in the range, carrying its entire weight plus a ceramic basin and two loaded drawers on its fixings.

It needs a solid wall, or a stud wall with proper noggins behind the plasterboard, and fixings rated for the load. Confirm it with your fitter before ordering, and have a second pair of hands when you hang it.

Metal Drawer Boxes and Blum Runners

Purity uses steel drawer boxes on Blum soft close runners — the Austrian manufacturer that supplies the fitted kitchen trade. At 810mm wide, that hardware is doing real work.

Choosing Your Basin

• Standard ceramic — a slim inset basin, keeping the unit at 520mm high.
• Mid depth ceramic — a deeper bowl that holds more water and splashes less. Raises the unit to 535mm.

The 800mm units are made in White Gloss and Storm Grey Gloss only.
