Sold by the box – 4 tiles per box, covering around 1.44m². Each 600x600mm tile is 0.36m², so a box works out at roughly £42.92 per m² (£15.45 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

A square 600x600mm tile in warm white with fine grey and gold veining and a soft matt finish. The calacatta pattern is understated, with veins scattered rather than sweeping, so a floor laid in this tile looks even and calm from across the room.

Boxes of four cover 1.44m². The square format is easy to set out and cut, and suits bathroom floors, kitchens and hallways in a straight grid or a diagonal lay. It matches the 300x600mm and 600x1200mm calacatta matt tiles for mixed layouts in one room.

Porcelain with rectified edges, for walls and floors indoors. A matt surface is slow to show marks, needs no polishing and is simple to mop. The porcelain body is dense and hard-wearing, so the same tile can go across a floor and up a wall.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.44 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Lay on a level, sound base with a flexible porcelain adhesive, tapping each tile down to a solid bed. Rectified edges allow a 2 to 3mm joint; a warm white grout suits the colour. Blend tiles from several boxes and seal grout in wet areas once cured.
