Kartell K-VIT KV8 300mm Hinged Wetroom Return Panel – All Finishes

A wetroom screen on its own leaves one open end, and that's where the water goes. The Kartell K-VIT KV8 return panel is a 300mm hinged pane that fixes to the leading edge of the screen and pivots inwards — angle it towards the shower head and it knocks the spray back into the shower rather than out across the bathroom floor.

It's the single most effective thing you can add to a walk-in shower, and the most commonly regretted omission. If you're tiling a bathroom around a wetroom screen, fitting it now is far easier than retrofitting later.

Why hinged rather than fixed

Because it pivots, you can set the angle to suit your shower and swing it flat against the main screen when you want the opening clear — for cleaning, or for helping someone in. A fixed return gives you the splash protection but not the flexibility.
