Kennebunk Silver Metallic Satin Porcelain Hexagon Wall & Floor Tile 150x170mm (Per Box of 26 Tiles)

Sold by the box – 26 tiles per box, covering around 0.49m². Each 150x170mm tile is 0.0188m², so a box works out at roughly £68.37 per m² (£1.29 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

The silver hexagon from Kennebunk is a cool grey porcelain with a brushed-metal lustre and a satin, semi-polished finish. In a honeycomb layout the facets pick up light differently, giving a wall or floor of these small tiles a quiet shimmer.

At 150x170mm the hexagon suits a splashback behind a hob, the back of a shower niche, a border in a bathroom or a small feature floor. A box holds 26 tiles and covers 0.49m². It matches the silver 600x1200mm tile from the same range.

A porcelain for indoor walls and floors. The satin surface resists water marks and wipes clean. Combine with the silver tropical-motif hexagon to scatter a few decorated pieces through a plain field.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 0.49 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Mark a horizontal datum and work up from it so the honeycomb stays true. Fix each hexagon in a flexible cementitious adhesive with a 2mm joint; on floors, make sure each piece is fully bedded. Plan edge cuts on a dry lay first. Grout with a flexible grout and sponge the semi-polished face before it dries.

Three satin metallic colours, mint, silver and white, make up Kennebunk, in a 600x1200mm tile and a 150x170mm hexagon that comes plain or with a tropical leaf motif, for running a sleek wall or floor and finishing a niche or border in the same colour. See every Kennebunk tile.
