Savannah Light Grey Stone Effect Matt Porcelain Wall & Floor Tile 1200x1200mm (Per Tile)

Priced per tile. Each 1200x1200mm tile is supplied individually, so you can order the exact number you need.

At 1200x1200mm this is the largest tile in the Savannah range, and each one covers 1.44 square metres on its own. The light grey aged-stone surface, with its soft sediment lines, spreads across the full slab without a joint, so a floor laid with it looks close to poured stone.

It is sold singly rather than by the box, which makes it easy to order exactly what a room needs. The format is meant for big open floors, large bathrooms and wide hallways, and it can be used on walls indoors where a near-seamless look is wanted.

Porcelain at this size is dense and heavy but very hard-wearing, and the matt finish does not show scuffs. It comes in the same light grey as the smaller Savannah tiles, so a 1200mm floor can meet a 300x600mm wall without a colour change.

Working out how many you need

Measure the area or run you are covering, allow 10% extra for cuts and breakages, and order the full quantity together so everything comes from the same batch.

Fitting notes

A 1200mm slab needs two people to handle and a floor that is flat to within a couple of millimetres. Use a flexible porcelain adhesive with a large notched trowel and back-butter every tile for full contact. Levelling clips on all sides and a 2-3mm joint. Cut with a wet saw or a large-format rail cutter.

Savannah runs from a 300x300mm mosaic sheet up to this 1200x1200mm slab, with 300x600mm, 600x600mm and 600x1200mm plain tiles and a 600x1200mm brick decor in between, all in light grey or sand aged-stone porcelain, so scale can change while the surface stays the same. See every Savannah tile.
