The Kartell K-VIT Primo Square Open Back Comfort Height Pan stands taller than a standard toilet, which makes sitting down and getting back up noticeably easier — a common choice for older users, anyone with reduced mobility or knee and hip problems, and taller households.

The rimless bowl sweeps water cleanly around the whole pan with no concealed rim for dirt and limescale to collect in. The open back leaves no enclosed void behind the pan for dust to gather in, so a cloth reaches all the way round — a practical pairing with the raised height, since both make the toilet easier to live with.
