Sold by the box – 5 tiles per box, covering around 0.90m². Each 300x600mm tile is 0.18m², so a box works out at roughly £52.33 per m² (£9.42 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

A mid grey porcelain with a polished finish. The sheen lifts the grey and gives a bathroom wall a clean, reflective surface. It is a true neutral, neither warm nor cool, so it sits comfortably with chrome, brass or black fittings.

The 300x600mm tile is a practical size for bathroom walls and smaller floors. A box of five covers 0.9m². Lay it horizontally in a half-brick bond for a classic look or vertically stacked for a taller feel in a shower.

Full-bodied porcelain stoneware with rectified edges, made for walls and floors. The manufacturer lists bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories, hallways and living areas, and rates the range for commercial use too. Chips and cut edges show the same grey as the surface, so a mitred external corner stays tidy.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 0.90 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Use a flexible porcelain adhesive on walls and floors, with a solid bed on floors. The polished face scratches more readily than matt, so keep grit away during fitting. Rectified edges allow 2-3mm joints; a mid grey grout keeps the surface uniform. Clean adhesive off before it cures.
