Sold by the box – 2 tiles per box, covering around 1.44m². Each 600x1200mm tile is 0.72m², so a box works out at roughly £61.60 per m² (£44.35 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

For a hallway or open-plan living floor, this silver grey in 600x1200mm gives a long, uninterrupted run of pale tile. The matt surface does not reflect windows or lights, so the colour stays consistent from one end of the room to the other.

Silver is the lighter of the two cool greys in this range. It has a slight blue undertone that pairs well with white walls, chrome fittings and pale timber. Against darker furniture it reads as a soft neutral rather than a stark white.

The tile is full-bodied porcelain, so chips and cut edges show the same silver grey as the face. Rectified edges allow tight joints. Rated for walls and floors in bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories, hallways and living areas, and for commercial settings as well as homes.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.44 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Plan the layout before mixing adhesive, because a 1200mm tile leaves little room for adjustment once it is down. Use a flexible cementitious adhesive for porcelain and a full solid bed on floors. Keep joints at 2-3mm and pick a grey grout close to the tile colour. Clips or wedges help avoid lippage.
