Every wash basin needs a waste and a trap. This AKW basin waste and bottle trap range brings together the parts AKW supplies for its basins – from a slotted waste with a traditional plug and chain, to plain chrome brass wastes and 1¼" (32mm) bottle traps in white or chrome.

They suit AKW's Navlin, Livenza and specialist basins as well as most standard UK wash basins with a 1¼" waste outlet.

How to choose

Basin with an overflow? Choose a slotted waste. Want a plug and chain? Choose 18-003-032 (chain anchor fits onto the tap) or 18-003-060 (chrome brass plug and chain). Need the trap as well? Which plug is the most familiar to use? A traditional plug and chain is the most familiar – choose 18-003-032 or 18-003-060.

Is the trap included with the waste? No, order a bottle trap separately unless you choose the McAlpine combined waste and trap.
