The AKW Larenco 3 Panel Sliding Shower Screen is a 2000mm high sliding screen with three 6mm toughened glass panels — one fixed and two sliding — in a polished aluminium frame with an integrated threshold. The two sliding panels stack behind the fixed one to open up a wide entrance, and the large ergonomic handle makes it easy for anyone to use.

Fit it across an alcove on its own, add one fixed side panel for a corner, or two side panels for a three-sided shower. Screen widths: 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600 and 1700mm; side panels: 700, 800 and 900mm (sold separately).

How to choose

Alcove: choose the sliding screen that matches your wall-to-wall width (1000–1700mm). Corner: add one fixed side panel (700, 800 or 900mm) to match the depth of the shower area. Three-sided: add two side panels. Add each part to your basket separately. Measure in at least three places and use the smallest figure — or call us on 0333 772 4162.

Each screen adjusts to fit a range of widths. The range depends on how it is installed:

Installation notes

• Not suitable for BOSI shower cubicles.
• Fixed side panels are supplied without a stabilising bar.
• For wide or out-of-true walls, a Larenco wide wall compensator for sliding screens is available.
• Fitting on AKW Braddan, Sulby, Low Profile or other shower trays: the aluminium wall compensator (62 x 38mm) will overhang the flat edge of the tray in the corners by roughly 35 x 19mm. On trays with a pronounced fall there can also be a gap of up to 6mm on the inside. Allow for this when planning the installation.

Can I use it in a corner? Yes. Add one fixed side panel (700, 800 or 900mm) to the sliding screen. For a three-sided shower, add two side panels.

Does it have a level entry? It has a wide entrance with a low 16mm threshold and an easy-grip handle. For a completely level, threshold-free entrance, consider a Larenco hinged or bi-fold door.

What trays does it suit? It is best suited to tiled wet floor formers and AKW Onyx shower trays. It can also be fitted on AKW Braddan, Sulby and Low Profile trays and other makes, but the wall compensator will overhang the tray edge slightly in the corners — see the installation notes. It is not suitable for BOSI shower cubicles.
