AKW PVC White Gloss Bath Panel – 1700mm Front, 700mm End & Corner Trim
The AKW PVC white gloss bath panel is a budget-friendly, water-resistant way to box in a bath and hide the legs, waste and pipework underneath. Choose a 1700mm front (side) panel, a 700mm end panel, the end panel with corner trim, or the corner trim on its own.
Made from extruded PVC with a clean white finish, the panels will not rot or swell in a damp bathroom and simply wipe clean. They are sized for a standard 1700 x 700mm bath with a 510mm panel height, so they suit the AKW steel bath perfectly as well as most standard baths.

Which panels do I need?
Bath in an alcove (walls at both ends): you only need the 1700mm front panel.
Bath in a corner (one open end): choose the 1700mm front panel plus the "700mm End Panel & Corner Trim" – the trim covers the corner joint.
How to measure: measure the length of the open side of your bath and the height from the floor to the underside of the bath rim. If your bath is a different size, or you are not sure, call us on 0333 772 4162.

Do I need the corner trim? Only if you are fitting both a front and an end panel – the trim finishes the corner where they meet.
Will it fit a non-AKW bath? Yes, if your bath is 1700 x 700mm with about a 510mm panel height. For other bath sizes, call us for advice.
Is PVC better than MDF? PVC will not swell or rot if it gets wet, which makes it a practical choice for busy family bathrooms and rentals.
