AKW Soft Close Toilet Seat with Lid – Carbamide or PP

AKW Soft Close Toilet Seat with Lid – Carbamide or PP

The AKW Soft Close Toilet Seat is a contemporary seat and lid with soft-close hinges that lower the seat slowly, quietly and safely – no more slamming. Choose a hard-wearing carbamide seat, an economical PP (polypropylene) seat, or the carbamide seat made to fit the AKW Navlin wall hung pan.

Key features & benefits

• Soft-close hinges – slower, quieter and safer closing.
• Carbamide option – a tougher, more durable plastic that resists scratches and keeps its finish.
• PP option – a stylish, cost-effective seat.
• Supports up to 150kg (23.5 stone) (carbamide and PP seats).
• Supplied with lid; suits the AKW Navlin and Livenza Plus toilet ranges.

Choosing your seat

For busy family bathrooms, rentals and commercial washrooms, the carbamide seat is the longer-lasting choice. The PP seat is lighter and more economical. For an AKW Navlin wall hung pan, choose the seat made for it. For Doc M accessible toilets, choose an AKW Ergonomic Toilet Seat with seat lugs instead. Questions? Call 0333 772 4162.

Installation notes

• Fits through the standard rear hinge holes of the pan.
• Tighten the hinge fixings evenly so the seat closes square to the pan.
