AKW TF75 Tuff Form Gravity Waste for Vinyl Floors – Bottom Outlet or Grey Horizontal Outlet
The TF75 is AKW’s 75mm water seal gravity waste for the Tuff Form wet floor former when the floor is finished in vinyl safety flooring. The vinyl is clamped into the waste so water runs straight into the trap with no joint to leak.
This listing offers two TF75 versions that complement the standard white horizontal outlet TF75: the bottom outlet TF75 (25408), for when the pipe needs to drop vertically through the floor, and the grey TF75 (25106GR) with a horizontal outlet, which blends in with grey vinyl floors.
The deep 75mm water seal gives strong protection against drain smells, and the cover lifts out for cleaning and rodding. The standard white version is available here (25106).

Bottom outlet or horizontal outlet?
Choose the bottom outlet TF75 when the waste pipe must go straight down – for example through a suspended timber floor into the void below. Choose the horizontal outlet when the pipe runs sideways between joists or within a screed.

Installation notes
Fit the waste into the Tuff Form former before laying the floor, connect the outlet with a continuous fall to the drain, then clamp the vinyl into the waste with the clamp ring.
