AKW Vent-Axia 12V SELV Bathroom Extractor Fan – Centra, Silhouette, Response or Revive

AKW Vent-Axia 12V SELV Bathroom Extractor Fan – Centra, Silhouette, Response or Revive

These Vent-Axia 12V SELV bathroom extractor fans, supplied by AKW, are low-voltage fans designed for bathrooms, shower rooms and wet rooms – and specifically for social housing, where reliable, quiet, low-energy ventilation is a must. Each runs from a safety extra-low voltage (SELV) transformer, so it can be fitted in Zone 1 close to a bath or shower. Vent-Axia's multi-vortex technology gives strong extraction with low noise and low running costs.

Choose from four models to suit the installation: the Lo-Carbon Centra SELV HT, the ultra-slim Silhouette 100 SELV, the Response SELV and the continuous-running Revive 7 SELV.

Which model should I choose?

Centra SELV HT is a dependable all-rounder with automatic humidity control and an overrun timer. Silhouette 100 SELV is the choice where looks matter – its grille sits just 17mm proud of the wall or ceiling. Response SELV and Revive 7 SELV are continuous-running fans that tick over quietly and boost when needed, ideal for meeting ventilation requirements in social housing and new-build. Your electrician or ventilation designer will confirm the model that meets the extraction rate needed for your room.

Installation notes

All models must be installed by a qualified electrician in line with current wiring regulations, with the SELV transformer located outside the bathroom zones. Ducting to the outside is required.
