Beaufort White is the brightest tile in the range: a clean white marble-look ground crossed by soft grey veining. In matt it gives the classic look without reflections, which suits bathrooms with strong downlights. The veins are soft and grey rather than dark, so the overall effect stays pale.

The 600x600mm porcelain square comes four to a box (1.44m²) with rectified edges for narrow joints. It works on floors and walls, so a shower enclosure and the floor outside it can share one surface.

Porcelain is hard-wearing and easy to clean, and the white body keeps a room bright. Matching white tiles come in 600x1200mm, 300x900mm and 250x500mm. The tile needs no sealing and resists staining, so it is a practical choice for floors as well as walls, in bathrooms, kitchens and hallways.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.44 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Fix with a white flexible adhesive so nothing shows through the pale body, and bed floor tiles fully on a flat substrate. Keep joints at 2–3mm and grout in white or pale grey. Mix tiles from several boxes to spread the veining naturally.
