Sold by the box – 3 tiles per box, covering around 1.50m². Each 500x1000mm tile is 0.5m², so a box works out at roughly £69.40 per m² (£34.70 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

A porcelain that copies weathered, oxidised steel: tan, orange-brown and darker rust tones run across the surface with the streaks and blotches of real corroded metal, and the face is lightly textured. It is an industrial, utilitarian look rather than a decorative one.

The 500x1000mm tile is large enough for the rust patterning to show in full, so a kitchen or living room floor reads as sheets of weathered plate. It suits loft-style spaces, hallways and conservatories, and makes a strong backdrop behind a freestanding bath.

A 10mm porcelain, textured and hard-wearing, listed for floors and also usable on walls. Boxes hold three tiles and cover 1.50m²; full boxes only. The same rust finish is made as a 20mm paving slab so the floor can continue outside.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.50 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Use a flexible porcelain adhesive with a large notched trowel and back-butter every tile so the bed is solid across the full 500x1000mm. Keep joints at about 3mm and use a levelling system. If taking it up a wall, make sure the substrate is rated for the weight of a large porcelain.
