Sold by the box – 2 tiles per box, covering around 1.62m². Each 900x900mm tile is 0.81m², so a box works out at roughly £63.95 per m² (£51.80 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Warm beige in a 900x900mm square porcelain. The tone is soft and sandy rather than orange, and the stone-effect print is subtle, so the floor reads as one warm surface with just enough movement to avoid looking painted. The matt finish keeps it calm under both daylight and lamps.

The square format allows for a clean grid, a diagonal set or a mix with the smaller Bodega sizes for a modular pattern. It suits large kitchens, living areas, hallways and conservatories, and it can be taken up the wall in a bathroom.

Porcelain resists wear and water, so the tile copes with a busy kitchen floor as easily as a bathroom wall, and the matt face needs no sealing. It is for indoor use. Two tiles per box give 1.62 square metres, so allow a margin for cuts and breakages.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.62 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Lay on a flat, primed floor with a flexible porcelain adhesive, using a large notched trowel and back-buttering so the whole tile is supported. Joints of 2-3mm are typical. Levelling clips help keep the corners of a 900mm tile flush. Blend tiles from different boxes.
