Description
Description
Sold by the box – 3 tiles per box, covering around 1.50m². Each 500x1000mm tile is 0.5m², so a box works out at roughly £69.40 per m² (£34.70 a tile). We only supply full boxes.
Sand is the quietest colourway: ivory, cream and warm beige blended under a faint baroque pattern, so from across a room it reads as a soft neutral and only shows its design close up. The matt surface gives it a dry, aged look rather than a printed one.
The 500x1000mm format covers walls and floors quickly and lets the large-scale pattern show properly. It is a good choice for a bathroom that wants interest without colour, a kitchen floor in a period house, or a hallway and conservatory that open onto each other.
A matt porcelain for indoor walls and floors, hard-wearing enough for a hallway. Each box has three tiles and covers 1.50m², and the tile is supplied in full boxes only. A matching 20mm textured paving slab in sand is available for outside, so the look can carry on through the doors.

Working out how many boxes
Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.50 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.
Fitting notes
Lay with a flexible adhesive suited to large porcelain, with solid bed contact under every floor tile. Keep a 3mm grout joint and run a levelling system across the floor. Dry-lay a few tiles first to settle how the pattern falls. Check wall strength before fixing vertically.

There are three Boothbay colourways, blend, blue and sand, and each exists in two forms: an indoor 500x1000mm matt porcelain for walls and floors and a 20mm thick textured paving for patios and terraces, with the same aged baroque pattern on both. See every Boothbay tile.
