Boothbay Sand Vintage Pattern Textured Porcelain Outdoor Paving Tile 500x1000x20mm (Per Tile)

Priced per tile. Each 500x1000mm tile is supplied individually, so you can order the exact number you need.

Sand is the pale, warm colourway of the range made as a 20mm porcelain paving slab. Ivory, cream and beige tones carry a faint baroque pattern, and the textured surface gives grip when wet. It lightens a shaded patio and keeps a terrace from looking too hard-edged.

At 500x1000mm each slab covers 0.5m², so a patio, deck, terrace or seating area goes down with few joints. Lay it beside the indoor sand tile at a set of bifold doors and the pattern continues through without a step in colour.

A textured outdoor porcelain, 20mm thick, sold per slab. Like all 20mm porcelain it is laid on pedestals, a compacted grit bed or a full mortar bed with a slurry primer, and it must be fully supported.

Specification

Working out how many you need

Measure the area or run you are covering, allow 10% extra for cuts and breakages, and order the full quantity together so everything comes from the same batch.

Fitting notes

Lay outdoors on a mortar bed with a slurry primer, on compacted grit, or on pedestals where drainage below is needed. The slab must be fully supported underneath; spot-bedding will crack it. Use a 3 to 5mm joint on bonded installations and a diamond blade for cuts.

The sand paving is the outdoor half of a Boothbay pair, matched to a 500x1000mm indoor porcelain in the same tones, and the range offers the same combination in blend and blue. See every Boothbay tile.
