Sold by the box – 26 tiles per box, covering around 0.52m². Each 70x280mm tile is 0.02m², so a box works out at roughly £67.12 per m² (£1.34 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

A slim porcelain brick, 70mm by 280mm, in a light grey that copies the fine grain of Cardoso stone. The surface is matt, with the soft speckle and faint veining of the real stone printed across it, so a wall of these bricks has the texture of split stone without the weight.

Twenty-six bricks come in a box covering 0.52m². The narrow format is made for brick-bond walls, herringbone panels and borders, and it also works as a floor border or threshold strip. Because each piece is small, it follows curves and awkward shapes better than a large tile.

Porcelain, rated for walls and floors and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The same light grey is available as a 450x900mm satin and anti-slip tile in the Branford range, so the brick can edge or frame the large format. It is a limited stock line, so order the full quantity at once.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 0.52 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Small bricks go on quickest with a cementitious adhesive spread with a fine-notched trowel. Keep joints at 2 to 3mm and use spacers to hold a brick bond or herringbone true. On floors bed each piece fully and use a flexible grout. Outside, use frost-resistant adhesive and grout.
