Sold by the box – 2 tiles per box, covering around 1.44m². Each 600x1200mm tile is 0.72m², so a box works out at roughly £77.22 per m² (£55.60 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

A subtle blush pink onyx with pale veining, Cape May Pink in the natural finish is softer and more muted than the polished version. The matt surface takes the edge off the colour, so it reads as a warm, stone-like pink rather than a bold one.

In 600x1200mm it is a feature tile for a bathroom wall or floor, and it works in a kitchen or living room where a touch of warmth is wanted. Two tiles cover 1.44m², keeping joints few and the onyx pattern unbroken across the surface.

The natural finish carries a PTV36+ slip rating, which makes it suitable for floors as well as walls. Use the polished pink tile on the wall above for a shine-and-matt pairing in the same colour. Porcelain, indoor walls and floors.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.44 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Bed the tiles in a flexible cementitious adhesive with full contact, back-buttered, on a flat, primed surface, and use levelling clips to avoid lippage on this size. Keep a 2 to 3mm joint with a soft pink-grey or ivory grout. Lay a few out dry to match the veining before fixing. Two-person handling; cut with a wet saw.
