Sold by the box – 6 tiles per box, covering around 1.08m². Each 300x600mm tile is 0.18m², so a box works out at roughly £46.02 per m² (£8.28 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

The 300x600mm rectangle is a flexible size that lays horizontally, vertically or in a herringbone across walls and floors. Six to a box, covering 1.08m², it is easy to quantify for a bathroom and cuts without much waste around fittings.

Charleston Beige is a warm beige with fine travertine markings and light banding. The colour sits between cream and sand, and the matt surface keeps it mellow. It is a tone that works with wood, brushed brass and natural fabrics.

Porcelain is dense and hard-wearing, so this tile suits floors in kitchens and hallways and walls in bathrooms and wet areas. Clean with a damp cloth or mop. Use it with the larger beige formats on the floor, or the beige mosaic sheets for shower trays and niches.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.08 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

A flexible porcelain adhesive, combed on and back-buttered on floors, gives the support the tile needs. Keep joints at 2-3mm and choose a grout close to the tile colour. Make sure walls are flat and floors are level before starting, and lay from a mix of boxes.
