Sold by the box – 9 tiles per box, covering around 1.02m². Each 270x420mm tile is 0.113m², so a box works out at roughly £35.10 per m² (£3.98 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Bone is the warm neutral in the Edgartown range. The ground is a pale ivory with a hint of beige, and a loose stone marbling runs across it in a slightly deeper tone. The finish is natural matt, so the wall looks soft rather than shiny and works well with wood, brass and warm whites.

Nine 270x420mm tiles come in a box covering about a square metre. The small rectangle is practical in a cloakroom, en-suite or kitchen splashback where there are a lot of edges to work round. Lay it in straight courses for a tidy look or offset the rows for a brick pattern.

This ceramic tile is for interior walls only and should not be laid on a floor. It is suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories and living areas. Add the bone overlap decor in the same size for a feature panel, or the bone 450x450mm or 600x600mm floor tiles for a matching floor.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.02 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Fix to a clean, flat wall with wall tile adhesive, pressing the tile in so the back is fully supported. Use 2 to 3mm spacers and a flexible grout where the wall will get wet. Mix tiles from more than one box across the wall. Not suitable for floors.
