Sold by the box – 3 tiles per box, covering around 1.08m². Each 600x600mm tile is 0.36m², so a box works out at roughly £52.22 per m² (£18.80 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Bone is the warm option among the Edgartown 600x600mm porcelain floor tiles. The ground is a soft ivory with a faint beige cast, overlaid with light stone marbling, and the natural matt surface keeps it looking like limestone rather than a glossy ceramic.

Three tiles come in each box, covering 1.08m², and the 600mm square means a whole kitchen or hallway floor can be laid with few grout lines. A pale, warm grout keeps the floor reading as a single surface; a darker one picks out the grid.

This porcelain tile is suitable for indoor floors and walls, including wetrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories and living areas. The bone ceramic wall tiles in 270x420mm, 300x600mm and 300x900mm share the same print for walls.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.08 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Use a flexible cementitious floor adhesive and bed each tile solidly, back-buttering the 600mm format so there are no voids. Keep a 2 to 3mm joint with a flexible grout. In wet areas tank the floor first. Take tiles from several boxes as you lay.
