Sold by the box – 9 tiles per box, covering around 1.02m². Each 270x420mm tile is 0.113m², so a box works out at roughly £35.10 per m² (£3.98 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

A mid grey wall tile with a printed stone pattern, the marbling a shade lighter than the ground so it shows without shouting. The natural matt surface keeps the grey soft and even under bathroom lighting, with no reflections.

The 270x420mm format is the compact size in the Edgartown range. Nine tiles make a box of about a square metre, and the small rectangle fits round basins, windows and pipework with fewer awkward cuts than a larger plank. Lay it in rows or offset it brick fashion.

It is a ceramic tile made for indoor walls in bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories and living spaces. It is not a floor tile. The matching grey overlap decor in the same size drops in as a feature band, and the 450x450mm or 600x600mm grey floor tiles continue the colour underfoot.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.02 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Fix with a standard wall tile adhesive on a sound, dry surface and press each tile firmly so the back is fully bedded. A 2 to 3mm joint suits the format. Grout once the adhesive has set and use a flexible grout in showers. Walls only, not for floors.
