Sold by the box – 6 tiles per box, covering around 1.22m². Each 450x450mm tile is 0.203m², so a box works out at roughly £42.79 per m² (£8.70 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

For a hallway or a smaller bathroom floor, the 450x450mm square sits between the big 600mm porcelain and the wall formats. Six tiles come in a box covering 1.22m², a handy size for ordering a cloakroom or utility floor without a lot left over.

The white stone print is the same one used across the Edgartown range: a cool off-white ground with soft grey marbling that keeps the surface from looking flat. The natural matt surface has no shine, so the floor reads as pale stone rather than a glossy ceramic.

This version is ceramic and is rated for both walls and floors indoors. It suits living areas, kitchens, conservatories and bathrooms. Where the floor meets a tiled wall the 300x600mm or 270x420mm white wall tiles match it in colour and pattern.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.22 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Fix on floors with a solid bed of flexible cementitious adhesive and make sure there are no hollows under the tile. Use a 2 to 3mm joint and a flexible grout. Open and mix tiles from several boxes as you lay to blend any slight print variation.
