Sold by the box – 2 tiles per box, covering around 1.44m². Each 600x1200mm tile is 0.72m², so a box works out at roughly £61.60 per m² (£44.35 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

The biggest Fairhope Beige Mix tile, at 600x1200mm, lays a warm beige stone floor with darker marble-look inserts and very few grout lines. The gentle shell-like surface pattern gives it a natural rather than printed look.

Two tiles make a box of 1.44m². With rectified edges and a long rectangular shape it suits a stacked or one-third offset layout on hallway and living room floors, and it is also suitable for walls.

The porcelain body copes with heavy use, and the matt finish carries an antimicrobial formulation that reduces bacterial load and odours. It needs no sealing and resists staining, so routine mopping is all the floor needs in a busy hallway or kitchen.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.44 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Lay on a flat substrate using a large-format flexible adhesive, back-buttered for full contact. Keep joints at 2–3mm and use levelling clips to prevent lipping on a tile of this size. Open several boxes and mix tiles so the inserts are spread out.
