Fairhope Beige Mix Stone Effect Matt Porcelain Wall & Floor Tile 600x600mm (Per Box of 3 Tiles)

Sold by the box – 3 tiles per box, covering around 1.08m². Each 600x600mm tile is 0.36m², so a box works out at roughly £46.02 per m² (£16.57 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

The 600x600mm square is the mid-size option in the Fairhope range. On Beige Mix it shows off the darker marble-look inserts against a warm beige stone ground, with the soft shell-like surface pattern running across each tile.

Three tiles fill a box and cover 1.08m². A square of this size lays quickly as a plain grid on a hallway or living room floor, and because it is rectified the grout lines stay thin. It is also suitable for walls.

Porcelain gives a hard, low-maintenance floor. The matt face has an antimicrobial formulation that reduces bacterial load and odours. It needs no sealing and resists staining, so routine mopping keeps the surface looking as it did on the day it was laid, in kitchens, hallways and living rooms.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.08 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Large squares need a flat substrate and a full bed of flexible adhesive, back-buttered if necessary. Keep joints at 2–3mm. Lay from mixed boxes so the inserts fall at random rather than in lines.
