Sold by the box – 6 tiles per box, covering around 1.08m². Each 300x600mm tile is 0.18m², so a box works out at roughly £46.02 per m² (£8.28 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

A cool grey stone base with darker marble-style inserts gives Fairhope Grey Mix more movement than a flat grey tile. The surface pattern is faint and shell-like, so the inserts do the work and the rest of the tile stays calm.

The 300x600mm rectangle lays neatly in a half-offset brick pattern or a stacked grid, and the rectified edges allow a narrow grout line. It is intended for hallways and living areas, and the same tile runs onto walls for a continuous floor-to-wall scheme.

Porcelain gives the tile strength underfoot and a surface that is easy to keep clean. The matt finish carries an antimicrobial treatment that reduces bacteria and neutralises smells. Six tiles per box, 1.08m² coverage. It needs no sealing after fitting.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.08 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Lay on a flexible porcelain adhesive, bedding floor tiles fully so there are no voids under the inserts. Keep joints to 2–3mm with a grey grout to blend in. Open all boxes and mix tiles as you go so the inserts are spaced out across the area.
