Sold by the box – 2 tiles per box, covering around 1.44m². Each 600x1200mm tile is 0.72m², so a box works out at roughly £61.60 per m² (£44.35 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Fairhope Grey Mix at 600x1200mm covers a floor with a cool grey stone ground and darker marble-look inserts that stand out more at this scale. The base pattern stays faint and shell-like, so the effect is lively but not loud.

Boxes contain two tiles covering 1.44m². It is rectified for narrow joints and is intended for hallways and living areas, with wall use approved too, so a large bathroom can carry the same tile from floor to ceiling.

Porcelain gives the tile its strength and low water absorption. The matt face has an antimicrobial treatment that reduces bacteria and neutralises odours. The surface needs no sealing and resists staining, so it holds its look under daily use in kitchens and hallways.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.44 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Fit on a flat, sound base with a large-format flexible adhesive, buttering both the tile back and the floor. Keep joints at 2–3mm and use tile levelling clips. Lay from mixed boxes so the inserts land at random.
