Fairhope Multicolour Mix Stone Effect Matt Porcelain Wall & Floor Tile 600x1200mm (Per Box of 2 Tiles)

Sold by the box – 2 tiles per box, covering around 1.44m². Each 600x1200mm tile is 0.72m², so a box works out at roughly £61.60 per m² (£44.35 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

In the large 600x1200mm format, Fairhope Multicolour Mix gets room to show its full pattern: white, sand and greige stone tones on one tile with darker marble-look inserts scattered across the face. It is the most varied tile in the range and suits large rooms where the pattern can spread out.

Two tiles per box cover 1.44m², so a floor goes down with few joints. The rectified edge keeps grout lines slim, and the long rectangle can be laid in a stacked or offset bond on hallway and living area floors, or on walls.

A porcelain body gives strength over a large span, and the matt surface is treated with an antimicrobial formulation that reduces bacterial load and odours. The surface needs no sealing and resists staining, so it holds its look in a busy kitchen or hallway with routine cleaning.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.44 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Large-format porcelain needs a flat substrate and a large-format flexible adhesive applied to both tile and floor. Use a 2–3mm joint and a levelling system to avoid lipping. Mix tiles from several boxes so the inserts are spread evenly.
