Sold by the box – 2 tiles per box, covering around 1.44m². Each 600x1200mm tile is 0.72m², so a box works out at roughly £61.60 per m² (£44.35 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Fairhope Sand in 600x1200mm is a plain warm stone tile for big, open floors. The colour is even across the tile with a faint shell-like pattern, and the large size keeps grout lines to a minimum.

Each box holds two rectified tiles and covers 1.44m². It is designed for hallways and living areas, and because it is also suitable for walls it can wrap a bathroom or wet area in a single tone.

Porcelain is dense, hard and water-resistant. The matt surface is treated with an antimicrobial formulation that reduces bacteria and neutralises odours. It needs no sealing and resists staining, so the floor keeps its colour with routine cleaning in busy hallways and kitchens.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.44 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Use a large-format flexible adhesive on a level, solid base, buttering both tile and floor. Keep joints at 2–3mm with a sand-coloured grout and use levelling clips. Mix tiles from different boxes to keep the shade even.
