A warm cream marble effect with soft veining under a high-gloss glaze. The shine lifts the colour and reflects light, which makes it a good choice for a bathroom with little natural light or a kitchen splashback. In 270x420mm the veins show as gentle washes rather than hard lines.

Each box of nine covers 1.02m². It can tile a whole bathroom, or it can be used as a gloss band or splashback against the matt stone tile from the same range for a two-texture wall. A brick bond suits the traditional cream tone; a stacked grid looks more modern.

It is a glazed ceramic made for indoor walls only. It is light to handle, cuts easily and wipes clean, with a gloss surface that resists stains. Gloss will show smears and splashes more than matt, so it is best where a wipe-down is easy.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.02 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Use a standard wall tile adhesive on a flat, dry wall with a 6mm notched trowel, pressing each tile in so the gloss face sits flush with its neighbours. Keep joints at 2 to 3mm and grout in cream or ivory. Draw tiles from several boxes and sponge grout off the gloss before it dries.
