Sold by the box – 12 tiles per box, covering around 1.08m². Each 300x300mm tile is 0.09m², so a box works out at roughly £46.02 per m² (£4.14 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Florence Grey is a realistic flagstone in a mid grey, with the rustic surface and softened edges of stone that has been walked on for years. The 300x300mm square is a size that suits small rooms and gives a floor plenty of joints, which adds to the old-floor look.

The finish is matt and the colour sits in the middle of the Florence greys, darker than the pale grey and cooler than the autumn grey. Twelve tiles to a box cover 1.08m². It can be laid in a grid or offset, and mixes with the other 300x300mm colours.

Porcelain makes it suitable for floors and walls indoors, in kitchens, hallways, bathrooms, living areas and conservatories. This colour is a last-chance line with limited stock, so order the full quantity you need at the same time.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.08 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Fix with a flexible porcelain adhesive, back-buttered on floors, with a 3-5mm joint and a grey grout to suit the flagstone look. The tile is matt and takes a damp mop; no sealing is needed. Because stock is limited, order the full quantity in one go so it all comes from one batch.
