Sold by the box – 12 tiles per box, covering around 1.08m². Each 300x300mm tile is 0.09m², so a box works out at roughly £46.02 per m² (£4.14 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

A light, warm flagstone. Florence Ivory has the aged, slightly worn look of old limestone, in a creamy ivory with soft variation and a matt surface. It brightens a room in a way the greys do not, and it works with painted timber and country kitchens.

At 300x300mm it is the small module of the range. Twelve tiles make a box, covering 1.08m². Lay it alone as a neat square grid, or mix it with the 300x500mm ivory for a two-size pattern that breaks up the joints.

The tile is porcelain and suitable for indoor floors and walls, so it can run from a kitchen floor into a utility room or up a bathroom wall. It is easy to keep clean and needs no sealing. Match it with pale grout for a soft, continuous floor.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.08 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Lay with a flexible, cement-based porcelain adhesive and a 3-5mm joint; the slightly rustic edge looks right with a wider line than a crisp modern tile. On floors, back-butter for full support. Choose an ivory or light grey grout. Open several boxes so the aged tones mix evenly.
