Gulfport Dark Grey Concrete Effect Matt Porcelain Wall & Floor Tile 300x600mm (Per Box of 7 Tiles)

Sold by the box – 7 tiles per box, covering around 1.26m². Each 300x600mm tile is 0.18m², so a box works out at roughly £38.25 per m² (£6.89 a tile). We only supply full boxes.

Dark Grey is the strongest colour in the Gulfport set, a deep charcoal with the muted shading of cast concrete. It grounds a room and makes pale sanitaryware and brassware stand out. Used on a single wall it adds depth; used throughout it gives a bathroom a quiet, enclosed feel.

At 300x600mm the tile is manageable on walls and makes a tidy, tight grid on floors. It suits a shower area in a dark scheme, a kitchen floor where marks need hiding, or a hallway that sees heavy foot traffic.

This 9mm porcelain has rectified edges for narrow joints and a natural matt surface that does not reflect light or show scuffs. It is rated for indoor walls and floors and holds up well in busy kitchens and living areas.

Working out how many boxes

Measure the wall or floor in square metres, add 10% for cuts and breakages, divide by 1.26 and round up to the next whole box. Order everything you need in one go – shade can vary a little between production batches, and buying all your boxes together keeps the whole area from the same run.

Fitting notes

Use a flexible porcelain adhesive and a full bed, especially on floors. Rectified edges allow joints of around 2mm; a charcoal grout keeps the grid quiet. Dark porcelain shows white adhesive bleed easily, so wipe joints clean as you go and grout with a dark colour.
